Withdrawal Information

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

If several goods in a single order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins when the last item is received. For contracts for regular delivery of goods over a fixed period, it begins when the first item is received.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by a clear statement (e.g. by letter or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal using our online withdrawal function at https://tailytics.com/en/withdraw-contract. If you use this function, we will promptly email you an acknowledgement containing your withdrawal declaration and the date and time of its receipt.

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal declaration before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your withdrawal declaration.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any repayment fees.

We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence of having returned them, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after informing us of your withdrawal, to:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day return period expires.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Our test kits contain tubes for collecting dog stool samples. These are supplied in a hygienically sealed bag.

Under section 18(1)(5) of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG), there is no right of withdrawal for sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.

Opening the hygienically sealed bag may remove the right of withdrawal for the sample tubes inside if they are no longer suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons after unsealing.

Merely opening the outer shipping or test kit packaging does not remove the right of withdrawal as long as the hygienically sealed bag remains intact.

Where a right of withdrawal continues to exist, you are only liable for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. This may apply particularly when using or filling a sample tube.
