Tailytics products include single tests, starter kits and annual packages for stool-based dog microbiome analysis. The service includes a test kit, sample registration via QR code, sample submission and a digital report.

Tailytics is a lifestyle and wellness microbiome analysis. It is not a diagnostic medical product and does not replace veterinary examination.

• Payment is made immediately via Stripe Checkout.
• Shipping is currently offered to Austria and Germany.
• Stripe may collect payment, billing and shipping information during checkout.
• After purchase, the sample is registered online via QR code and returned using the provided materials.

The customer is responsible for collecting and sending the sample according to the instructions. The digital report is usually provided 2–4 weeks after sending the sample.

If a sample is unusable, contaminated, not registered correctly or cannot be assigned, Tailytics may request a new sample or provide an individual solution where appropriate.

Tailytics does not provide veterinary diagnosis, parasite or pathogen testing, medication advice or emergency assessment. For strong, acute or persistent symptoms, veterinary clarification is required.

Tailytics provides the website, checkout, account functions and reports with reasonable care. Temporary technical interruptions may occur. Liability is limited according to applicable law.
