1. Controller
Tailytics Biotech FlexCo, Heblinggasse 34, 3400 Klosterneuburg, Austria, is responsible for data processing on this website. Contact: hello@tailytics.at.
2. Website, Accounts and Technical Data
We process technically necessary data to provide the website, login, account functions, dashboard, sample registration and report access. This may include IP address, browser data, server logs, session cookies and security-related events.
Technically necessary cookies are used to operate the website. Non-essential analytics or marketing tools are used only with consent. Austrian telecommunications rules apply, including TKG 2021.
3. Orders, Stripe Checkout and Shipping
When you purchase a test, Stripe processes payment information. Checkout may collect email, billing address, shipping address and payment data. Tailytics stores order information needed to process paid orders and ship test kits.
4. Dog, Sample and Questionnaire Data
To provide the microbiome report, Tailytics processes dog data, sample registration data, questionnaire answers, laboratory result data and the resulting digital report. These data are used to assign the sample, generate the report and make it available in the user account.
5. Laboratory and Service Providers
We may use laboratory partners and technical providers for hosting, databases, authentication, storage, email delivery, payment processing and analytics with consent where required. Providers process data only as needed for their role.
6. Newsletter and MailerLite
If you subscribe to the newsletter, we process your email address, consent status and source of signup. MailerLite is used for newsletter delivery and, depending on account settings, double opt-in confirmation.
You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link or by email to hello@tailytics.at.
7. Gut Check
The Gut Check processes your selected answers to provide an initial orientation on whether a gut flora test could be useful. It does not provide a diagnosis and does not replace veterinary examination.
8. Retention and Rights
Data are retained only as long as needed for the relevant purpose, legal obligations or legitimate interests. You may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under applicable data protection law.
