Important withdrawal information

You may withdraw within fourteen days without giving a reason. The period begins when you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) receives the goods. For separately delivered goods in a single order it begins with the last item; for regular deliveries over a fixed period, with the first item. Sending your declaration before the deadline is sufficient.

You may withdraw from the entire order or only part of it. No account or login is required. We will promptly email confirmation containing your declaration and its receipt date and time.

Return goods within fourteen days after informing us of your withdrawal to Tailytics Biotech FlexCo, Heblinggasse 34, 3400 Klosterneuburg, Austria. You bear the direct return costs.

We reimburse payments including the cheapest offered standard delivery within fourteen days after receiving your declaration, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, without repayment fees. We may withhold reimbursement until the goods are returned or you provide proof of dispatch, whichever occurs first.

Opening the outer shipping or test kit packaging does not remove your right of withdrawal while the hygienically sealed bag is intact. If that bag is opened, the right may cease for the sample tubes inside if hygiene or health protection makes them unsuitable for return. Where a right of withdrawal remains, compensation for diminished value is only due for handling beyond what is necessary to check the goods, which may include using or filling a tube.
